ProSCAN prides itself through obtaining industry leading expertise. We employ Master Electricians and Red Seal Carpenters who are experts in their field. They are also qualified as Level 1 & 2 Certified Thermographers through the Infrared Training Centre.

Leadership
Linda Buydens is a founding member of ProSCAN Thermal Imaging Services and has been at the center of the leadership and growth of the organization. As Chief Executive Officer she oversees the strategic planning, reporting, treasury and administration of the company.
Under Linda’s leadership and realizing the full potential of the thermal imaging market, ProSCAN has developed into a brand that exemplifies technical expertise, integrity and service excellence. Her vision is simple........to take preventative maintenance programs to another level by surveying for potential risks before they occur, saving companies time and money.
Linda’s attention to detail and results driven style has led to a successful career in finance and project management with major accomplishments in business development and client services. She assisted in leading value-creation strategies to identify and define solutions to maximize organization value for stakeholders.
Linda has over 25 years of local government experience where customer service and service excellence is paramount and thus created the “ProSCAN Advantage”. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC and later attended Simon Fraser University and University of British Columbia to further study Project Management and Business Analysis.
Matthew Wilson
As Manager of Sales and Marketing, Matthew oversees the Marketing & Communications strategy for ProSCAN including client care, social media, web design and research and development.
Matthew is a Commercial Pilot and aviation professional and is ProSCAN’s UAV expert. Having worked for strongly recognized global brands he leverages his managerial and people experience to inspire brand loyalty and create customer advocates.
Stephen D.
Stephen is a Master Electrician and Lead Thermographer for ProSCAN. He is highly proficient in electrical/mechanical systems and is responsible for the day to day Operations and Information Technology at ProSCAN.
Stephen studied at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and brings over 14 years’ residential and commercial electrical systems experience in to the company.
Tyler K.
Tyler is ProSCAN’s building diagnostic expert and drone pilot. He is an accomplished Red Seal Carpenter and brings with him significant knowledge of the building industry and assessing building performance.
He studied at British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and has over 12 years’ experience in industrial, commercial and maintenance field settings working on large provincial projects and managing crews.
